Eat 食、吃
I like to eat chocolate/pizza/a lot of things.
我喜欢吃巧克力/披萨/很多东西。

Drink 喝、饮
We can drink coffee/ soda/ tea/ juice.
我们可以喝咖啡/苏打水/茶/果汁。

Serve 服侍
A waiter serves food and drinks to the customer.
服务员会用吃的和喝的来服侍客人。

Cook 煮食、烹饪
I can cook instant noodles. 我可以煮方便面。
What can you cook?你能烹饪什么呢？
Are you good at cooking?你擅长做饭吗？

Order 点菜
What would you like to order?你想点什么菜？
May I take your order?要点菜吗？

Clear 收拾干净
The waiter is going to clear the table now.
服务员这就把桌面收拾干净。

Pay 付钱
We pay the bill after having eaten.
吃完饭后我们付钱。
It's my treat!我请客！

Set 摆好、收拾
set the table 摆好饭桌（餐具）
The waiter sets the table before the customers arrive.
客人来之前，服务员都会摆好桌面。

Give 给
The waitress gives the menu to the customer who has sat down.
女服务员把菜单递给刚坐下的客人。

Take 拿
After the customer has ordered, the waitress takes back the menu.
客人点完菜后，女服务员拿回了菜单。

Spread 涂、抹
We spread the jam/ cheese/ butter on the toast.
我们在土司面包上涂抹果酱/芝士/黄油。

Hold 拿
We hold the forks with 3 fingers.
我们用三根手指拿住叉子。

Light 点亮
If you want to have a romantic dinner, you can light the candles.
如果你们想要个浪漫的晚餐，可以把拉住点亮。

Burn 烫到
Don't touch the pan when cooking, otherwise you will burn yourself.
做饭的时候不要碰锅，否则你会烫到自己的。
Don't cook the food too long, otherwise it will burn.
做饭的时候不要太长时间，否则食物会焦的。
