Cooking Rules
❶ Do not wear any loose jewellery, take off expensive watches!
❷ First, wash hands with soap and hot water.
❸ Check your equipment and your table are clean before you use.
❹ After touching raw meat, please wash your hands again!
❺ Please cover your mouth and move away from the food if you need to cough or sneeze.
❻ Have fun!!!
❷ Mexican Salad （墨西哥沙拉）
❶ Wait for everyone to sit down before eating.
❷ It doesn't really matter where you sit! Try to sit with new people to make new friends!
❸ Eat quietly with your mouth closed( this is the most important! )
❹ Hold food down with your fork while you cut with your knife. Eat from your fork. Never eat from your knife!
❺ Try to sit straight. Don't bring your mouth down to the food, bring the food to you!
❻ You can drink whenever you feel like it, but it is also ok to make a toast or 'cheers' with everyone.
❼ If you cannot reach something, ask someone to pass it to you.
❽ Relax! Western dining is slower than Chinese style, and it is ok to put your knife and fork down and rest for a while and chat to your friends.
