We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced ESL teachers in one of our fifteen locations in the greater Shanghai area.
Teach up to 25 hours per week
Lesson planning and preparation
Conducting level tests
Administrative duties (ie. Attendance records, curriculum development)
Counseling students by providing constructive feedback
Participation in Extra Curricular Activities (ECA)
Participating in ongoing training and workshops arranged by school
Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by school
Attending all scheduled meetings
Must be native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above
Two years teaching experience
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate is prefered

After signing an offer from WORLD, the procedure is as follows:

Experienced teacher trainers will give you a three-day training, which is mainly about Web’s learning philosophy and teaching methods. The training is useful for all teachers, regardless of level of teaching experience.
After you start working at a center, staff there will help you become accustomed to your daily work routine. They can also help you find an apartment.
A visa specialist will assist you in obtaining your Foreign Expert Certificate (FEC) and visa. The process is usually finished within two months.
