口语丨如何用英文优雅投诉上菜慢、上错菜、不可口？

在外吃饭，难免会遇到上菜慢、或者菜的酸甜冷热不合适等等情况，这时要默默忍受吗? NO! 不满可以说出来！今天小沃就教大家如何用英文优雅地“投诉”：

「上菜太慢」不能忍

当你饥饿到已经“前心贴后背”了，可服务员还是没有上菜。这时你可以用以下句型，既能表示心中的不满，又不会让人他人觉得你很rude。

① I am so sorry to bother you, but we have somewhere to be. Could you check our orders?

① 很抱歉打扰你，但我们之后还有行程安排，可以帮我们查一下订单吗？

② We're running late. Do you know how soon we'll be able to get our food?

② 我们快迟到了。能告诉我们还有多久上菜吗？

③ Is there any way that the chef could speed up our orders?

③ 有什么办法可以让厨师先做我们的订单吗？

④ Excuse me, I ordered a tuna salad half an hour ago. Is it ready?

④ 打扰了，我半小时前点了金枪鱼沙拉，请问好了吗？

「上错菜了」怎么说

好不容易等来你的饭，结果一看居然不是你点的那份，别担心，你可以这样和服务员说。

① I'm sorry, but this isn't what I ordered

① 不好意思，这似乎不是我点的菜。

② Hi, is this the dish I ordered?

② 你好，这是我点的那道菜吗？

③ Sorry, but I think I got the wrong order.

③ 不好意思，我觉得我拿到了错误的订单。

「菜不可口」怎么办

当你满心欢喜开动时，你发现你点的菜和想象中完全不一样，赶紧说出这句话吧。

① Sorry, but I ordered a mild version of this dish and this is quite spicy.

① 很抱歉，这道菜我点的是不辣的，现在这份太辣了。

② Excuse me, but my food is cold. Could you warm it up for me?

② 不好意思，我的食物是冷的，你能把它加热一下吗？

③ Sorry, I am not sure why, but my food is cold. Could you take care of it for me please?

③ 对不起，我不知道为什么，但我的菜都凉了。能帮我处理一下吗？

④ Excuse me, this steak is over done, I ordered medium rare.

④ 不好意思，牛排太老了，我点的是三分熟。

⑤ Sorry, but the soup is too salty.

⑤ 不好意思，但是这个汤太咸了。

「其他」问题

除了上菜太慢、下错单、菜不好吃，我们可能还会碰到餐具不干净、座位不满意、账单错误等问题，这时候，你可以这样说。

① 请问，可以给我换把勺子吗？

② May I change my seat?

② 我可以换一个座位吗？

③ Could you check the bill for me, please? It doesn't seem right.

③ 麻烦再帮我看看账单，好像不太对。
